Technical Support Engineer
The work of a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) largely consists of analyzing and diagnosing customer issues in order to resolve them in the best possible way. You’ll work mostly from our office in Breda and, when needed, on-site. The TSE also performs on‑site installations and provides on‑site training so users can operate our systems.
What will you do?
- Handle incidents and issues together with your colleagues.
- Use a ticketing system to track the status of all open cases/incidents at end users.
- Provide technical support during a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of DVC-built OEM systems.
- Install DVC OEM products and bring systems into operation (and later, commissioning).
- Deliver trainings and workshops—sometimes in our own showroom, sometimes on-site.
- Carry out maintenance activities at end-user locations.
- Maintain close contact with your team lead, to whom you report directly.
Who are you?
- You have a technical education.
- You operate at MBO (secondary vocational) level.
- You have a driver’s license.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written; German is a plus.
- You enjoy working abroad on a regular basis.
- You are enthusiastic, driven, and self-reflective.
