Tape print checker
We developed this machine vision solution to automatically inspect both the tape and printing on packaging. The tape print checker is suitable for inspecting big bags with food stuffs in one or two places. The system checks for the presence and correct placement of the sealing tape, various text fields and the logo. The tape print checker even works with white tape on white packaging.

Embedded label checker
The embedded label checker is a machine vision solution for label inspections that is very simple to install. This is a single camera with on board software and a lighting module above an existing conveyor that can send a signal to an existing ejector. Examples of the label information that requires checking are best before dates, barcodes and data matrix codes.
