Label inspection
We developed this machine vision solution to validate labels on packaging (intrinsically). Label inspection is possible both on the top and bottom of packaging and checks positioning, print quality, contents and content shifting. Through a user-friendly interface it is easy to enter instructions for inspections. This can include a logo, product code, weight, price or offer, but a bar code or a data matrix code too. Through linking with an ejector, rejected items can be automatically removed from the production line. 

Seal inspection
The DVC seal inspector is a fully computerised machine vision solution that inspects the integrity of the seal seam on food packaging. This system detects contamination in the seal area and faults in both transparent and printed packaging. In the user-friendly interface, you enter instructions to specify the desired quality, resulting in rejected products being ejected consistently. Our seal inspector offers the possibility of performing a label inspection.
