Quality control of vehicle tyres

For the quality control of vehicle tyres we developed a niche machine vision all-in-one solution. Our engineers have compiled a system with which the quality of the assembled layers of construction for a car tyre can be simply and accurately checked against various characteristics. With the help of a scanner in a measuring station, desired cutout sections of vehicle tyres can be inspected using product specifications.

Through using the same DVC-developed system in all the factories around the world, it is possible to produce the same quality everywhere.
