The new Zebra NS42 Smart Vision Sensor combines image acquisition and intelligent image
processing in one compact solution. Designed for industrial machine vision applications, it can
perform a wide range of inspection and verification tasks directly on the production line.

The NS42 comes standard with deep learning-based OCR and anomaly detection tools, making it
suitable for OCR, defect detection and assembly verification. It also supports traditional machine
vision and barcode scanning applications.
